Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in oil and gas or process industry.
- 3+ years of experience in business analyst, content migration, or document control roles.
- Experience with OpenText Content Server, Livelink, SharePoint, or comparable systems.
- Experience evaluating asset/engineering documentation against defined requirements/metadata models.
- Exposure to data assessment, metadata enrichment, and cleanup coordination.
- Strong spreadsheet, reporting, and data manipulation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into requirements and mapping logic.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery conversations with business users and stakeholders.
- Assess documents and metadata from various source repositories.
- Define, document, and validate mapping rules, normalization logic, and category structures.
- Align engineering metadata and project references with AIM/EIM solution design.
- Identify completeness gaps, metadata inconsistencies, and cleanup priorities.
- Produce reports, statistics, and recommendations on content readiness.
- Support test migration planning, validation, and user acceptance testing.
