Responsibilities
- Use proprietary and third-party platforms to schedule nursing visits
- Respond to and manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets per shift
- Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses
- Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text
- Collect and upload necessary documentation for scheduled visits
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data and share insights
- Identify and communicate potential process improvements
- Maintain relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners
