Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in API integrations, automation, backend systems, or software development
- Strong experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and data exchange formats (JSON)
- Ability to design and manage integrations across multiple SaaS tools and business systems
- Background in database synchronization across platforms (Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion)
- Experience building reliable data pipelines with error handling, retries, and validation
- Demonstrated experience building scalable, fault-tolerant integration systems
- Understanding of API rate limits, pagination, authentication, and performance optimization
- Experience working with real-time vs. batch processing pipelines
- Experience integrating communication systems
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above
Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate integrations between core business systems (CRMs, ad platforms, email tools)
- Build and optimize workflows using APIs, webhooks, and real-time or batch data pipelines
- Connect and synchronize databases across platforms (Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion or similar)
- Ensure reliable, real-time data transfer and consistency across systems and services
- Troubleshoot and improve data flow performance, latency, and failure handling
- Support integration of automated communication systems (e.g., messaging, outreach, or calling workflows)
