Requirements
- Ability to read and write code (TypeScript or Python preferred).
- Ability to build integrations and work with SDKs and APIs.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with technical drafts.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong systems thinking mindset for pipelines and frameworks.
- Proactive collaborative approach to working with engineering and product teams.
- Professional-level English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Claude skills, MCP integrations, and automated pipelines for publication-ready docs.
- Act as the final reviewer for content produced by AI-assisted workflows and engineers.
- Define content structures and metadata standards for agent-consumable and machine-parseable documentation.
- Train and support engineers and PMs to document their own features.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure documentation readiness.
- Build automated loops to identify content gaps and track documentation satisfaction.
- Work with Developer Advocates to refine tutorials, blog posts, and SDK documentation.
