Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new staffing business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients to support long-term business growth.
- Gather staffing requirements from clients and coordinate closely with recruitment and hiring teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Drive client acquisition efforts and consistently meet or exceed business development and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, efficient delivery, and high client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, staffing demands, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and improve business strategies.
- Manage vendor and client relationships effectively while ensuring professional communication and service quality.
