Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of healthcare revenue cycle or business operations experience.
- Experience in a multi-site healthcare environment.
- Expertise in revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Expertise in billing, denial management, and KPI performance optimization.
- Leadership experience managing teams.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a complex organizational structure.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Power BI or similar analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operational leaders, center administrators, physician partners, and revenue cycle stakeholders.
- Lead revenue cycle operating reviews, ensuring clear KPI visibility and performance tracking.
- Analyze financial and operational trends to improve billing, collections, and denial management.
- Translate performance data into executive-ready reports and presentations.
- Serve as the escalation point for revenue cycle and business office issues.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
