Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, STEM, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, business decision support, or strategy-focused roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience handling large datasets and performing advanced financial analysis.
- Experience working with SQL is required.
- Familiarity with Tableau, R, or Python is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with business leaders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance core pricing platforms while ensuring accuracy, reliability, and operational efficiency across financial systems.
- Analyze billing and payment workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that increase performance and scalability.
- Develop and optimize reporting tools and dashboards to monitor financial trends, identify risks, and support proactive decision-making.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data analysis supporting new business initiatives and strategic financial decisions.
- Investigate and resolve billing and payment issues by conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to align on financial processes and drive improvements.
- Capture insights from stakeholder discussions and ensure timely execution of follow-ups and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate pricing, billing, and payment data to detect trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations and financial analysis.
