Track record of defining and managing business-critical metrics for senior leadership.
Strong understanding of scalable BI architecture and enterprise data governance.
Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and strategic decision-making capabilities.
Outcome-oriented mindset focused on scalability and measurable impact.
Experience supporting customer operations or workforce management is preferred.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade BI datasets, semantic layers, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Define, govern, and evolve business-critical metrics, taxonomy, and reporting standards.
Partner with data engineering teams to support scalable data pipelines and analytics architecture.
Translate exploratory analytics into reusable and production-ready BI products.
Build and optimize advanced SQL transformations and scalable data models.
Drive data quality initiatives and implement improvements across systems.
Develop analytics foundations that support automation and AI-powered reporting.
Establish documentation standards, metadata frameworks, and governance practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize impactful initiatives and reduce ad hoc reporting.
Mentor and guide BI practitioners while defining technical direction.
