Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in machine learning and modern AI systems.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, model development, and error analysis.
- 2+ years of experience building LLM-based applications.
- At least 1 year working on agentic AI systems.
- Strong expertise in applied ML or NLP.
- Experience with retrieval systems, context engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Proven experience designing agentic systems with multi-step workflows and tool use.
- Strong MLOps experience covering deployment and production performance tracking.
- Strong LLMOps experience including prompt management, observability, and guardrails.
- Advanced Python skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI solutions using machine learning models, large language models, and agentic AI systems.
- Define evaluation strategies upfront, including success metrics, testing frameworks, and monitoring plans.
- Develop and optimize LLM-based applications using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-step reasoning.
- Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices including versioning, observability, and continuous evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on success criteria and ensure scalable delivery.
