Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress
- Experience in API testing and understanding of backend service validation
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira or equivalent systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering and product teams
- Good communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced development environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for new features and platform enhancements
- Identify, log, and track defects using issue-tracking systems such as Jira until resolution
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure complete test coverage based on requirements
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar
- Perform API testing and validate system integrations across services and components
- Contribute to improving QA processes, automation coverage, and CI/CD integration
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide input on quality risks and testing strategies
- Analyze test results to identify root causes of issues and recommend corrective actions
