Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, or a related field.
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent combinations of education and experience accepted.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools, reporting systems, databases, and data marts, with solid SQL/query development skills.
- Experience building dashboards, developing reports, and working with structured and semi-structured data.
- Ability to independently manage projects, estimate effort, and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex insights to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Experience with data validation, troubleshooting, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Independently partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into analytical and reporting solutions for small to medium projects.
- Design, develop, validate, and maintain dashboards, reports, and queries using business intelligence tools and data systems.
- Perform data analysis, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Build and enhance self-service reporting solutions while improving existing dashboards created by senior analysts.
- Manage project planning activities including task estimation, timelines, and delivery with minimal supervision.
- Identify, investigate, and help resolve data quality issues through profiling, testing, and validation processes.
- Present findings, reports, and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
