Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Project Management, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in program or project management.
  • 5+ years managing complex, multi-workstream portfolios.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale implementations or enterprise-level programs in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement, including executive-level communication and client relationship management.
  • Experience in risk management, issue resolution, governance, and change management processes.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, ambiguity, and shifting demands in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk expectations.
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships by facilitating executive-level communication, strategic discussions, and ongoing engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to contractual obligations and SLAs.
  • Oversee project and portfolio governance, including planning, status reporting, and escalation management across initiatives.
  • Identify, monitor, and resolve risks and issues while managing change requests through structured governance processes.
  • Drive operational consistency by ensuring proper use of task management tools and standardized delivery processes.
  • Support process improvement initiatives in collaboration with operations, training, and product teams.
  • Lead internal and external meetings, ensuring clear documentation of decisions, actions, and follow-ups.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, including coaching, performance guidance, and workload coordination.
