Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing within SaaS or product-led growth environments.
- Demonstrated success driving trial conversion and customer engagement through experimentation and lifecycle optimization strategies.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Marketo, Pendo, Amplitude, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to transform insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Experience designing and managing A/B testing programs across multiple digital touchpoints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and comfort operating in fast-moving environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies supporting growth marketing, experimentation, and data analysis initiatives.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on increasing trial-to-paid conversion for business and team users.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across email campaigns, onboarding flows, and in-product messaging to optimize engagement and user experience.
- Create and refine lifecycle communication strategies using segmentation, personalization, and behavioral insights.
- Analyze campaign and product performance using analytics tools to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and improve conversion outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product, UX, Customer Experience, and Digital Acquisition teams to ensure alignment across the user journey and go-to-market initiatives.
- Design innovative onboarding experiences, nurture campaigns, and experimentation frameworks that support scalable growth objectives.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and automation technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, experimentation speed, and decision-making processes.
- Continuously evaluate customer behavior and market dynamics to recommend new growth opportunities and strategic improvements.
