Requirements
- 2+ years experience building scalable AI orchestration layers.
- 7+ years experience building distributed systems with Java, Spring, and Python.
- Expertise in RAG systems across structured and unstructured data.
- Experience with vector databases.
- Experience building pipelines for automated AI performance evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and validate the next generation of Nitro AI Agents.
- Design complex agentic workflows including Text-to-SQL and multi-agent systems.
- Enhance Java-based back-end systems.
- Build bridges between relational databases (Postgres) and vector stores.
- Develop automated evaluations to ensure agent reliability and performance.
