Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- Significant experience building B2B2C, payment or platform/infrastructure products.
- Proven track record building 0-to-1 platform products.
- Deep understanding of platform business models (API-first, developer ecosystems, multi-tenant architectures).
- Experience with regulated financial services (AML/KYC, bank regulations, money transmission).
- Strong technical fluency (API design, system architecture, ledger systems, data models).
- Experience defining and shipping compliance-embedded products.
Responsibilities
- Drive the detailed prioritization of the CaaS platform roadmap.
- Build comprehensive go-to-market strategy and execution.
- Define success metrics and track adoption KPIs.
- Understand system architecture and communicate requirements to engineering.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Manage independent decision-making through scaling.
- Deliver company objectives through strategic product decisions.
- Influence and motivate across the organization.
- Serve as internal and external evangelist for the platform.
