Requirements
- 5+ years in operations with direct experience supporting a founder or CEO
- Background in an outsourcing, BPO, or support services business
- Formal process-improvement certification (Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lean, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of running initiatives that improved metrics
- Strong systems thinking skills
- High enthusiasm for AI tools and workflows
- Experience managing or coordinating teams
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Loom
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency
- Ability to work AEST hours and follow Australian public holiday calendar
Responsibilities
- Coordinate content and client success teams under Founder's direction
- Set operating rhythm, track client health, and ensure SLAs are met
- Run operational backbone including SOP documentation and library management
- Apply process-improvement principles to identify waste and reduce cycle time
- Manage Founder's inbox, calendar, and meeting follow-through
- Draft sales proposals and conduct warm lead follow-up calls
- Build and maintain AI agents and workflows using Claude
