Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through accurate transaction processing, account maintenance, and resolution of disputes.
- Monitor online deposit accounts for fraud while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations.
- Conduct deposit reviews and audits, analyze data, and produce actionable reports.
- Perform third-party vendor due diligence.
- Collaborate with the Contact Center and internal departments to streamline communication.
- Update account disclosures and bank procedures to align with evolving laws.
