  • Proven experience owning LinkedIn at scale.
  • Track record of running an employee advocacy program with measurable outcomes.
  • Active, credible participation in relevant professional communities (Reddit, Slacks, vertical forums).
  • Hands-on AI proficiency using LLM tools and building workflows/agents.
  • Strong analytical skills with a clear POV on social and community measurement.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the B2B social media strategy with LinkedIn as an anchor.
  • Engage in priority professional forums like Reddit, Slack communities, and industry forums.
  • Launch and scale an employee advocacy program.

  • Conceive and produce social-native content in partnership with design/video teams.
  • Manage B2B influencer and creator partnerships.
