- 8+ years in B2B social and community management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology.
- Proven experience owning LinkedIn at scale.
- Track record of running an employee advocacy program with measurable outcomes.
- Active, credible participation in relevant professional communities (Reddit, Slacks, vertical forums).
- Hands-on AI proficiency using LLM tools and building workflows/agents.
- Strong analytical skills with a clear POV on social and community measurement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the B2B social media strategy with LinkedIn as an anchor.
- Engage in priority professional forums like Reddit, Slack communities, and industry forums.
- Launch and scale an employee advocacy program.
- Implement AI agents and workflows for content creation and social management.
- Execute social listening and translate signal into actionable intel for Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Conceive and produce social-native content in partnership with design/video teams.
- Manage B2B influencer and creator partnerships.
- Handle brand safety and crisis response on social media.
- Oversee event-related social media coverage.
