Requirements
- Significant B2B integrated marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing senior IC teams.
- Ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Strong commercial instinct with ability to communicate pipeline impact to stakeholders.
- Proficiency with AI tools as professional infrastructure.
- Advanced data analysis skills with ability to extract actionable insights from dashboards.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and CS leadership.
- Capacity to maintain calm and lead teams through rapid re-prioritisation.
Responsibilities
- Set integrated marketing strategy and run six-week sprint cadence.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of six direct reports.
- Co-own marketing KPIs with Brand & Growth and Product Marketing teams.
- Partner with Sales leadership to translate field signals into program priorities.
- Set the bar for AI fluency and operational speed within the marketing team.
- Own integrated marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Define, track, and report on program-level KPIs including velocity and conversion.
