Requirements
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience shipping features and products, with a focus on web frameworks
- Deep understanding of data design and modeling
- Familiarity with Node.js, React, TypeScript, framework development, and design systems
- Experience debugging production issues across services and multiple layers of the stack
- Strong project ownership and leadership experience
- Proven ability to communicate technical trade-offs
- Experience working in an agile environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to plan and build product capabilities.
- Effectively communicate team priorities and strategy to leadership.
- Champion technical standards while balancing business requirements.
- Build, document, and test production code.
- Participate in incident response, interviewing, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
- Lead projects contributing to organizational deliverables.
- Improve planning, development, and deployment processes.
- Mentor, coach, and inspire engineers.
