Requirements

- Track record managing large-scale framework migrations
- Experience with dependency upgrades in complex production environments
- Technical depth in Node.js, TypeScript, and React ecosystems
- Familiarity with libraries like Express, Nest.js, and Mongoose
- Hands-on experience with Nx, Vite/Webpack, SWC, and Playwright
Responsibilities
- Modernize core platforms by executing high-impact foundational upgrades.
- Standardize frontend architecture across monorepo and micro-frontends.
- Scale automated governance by leveraging AI for risk-based merging.
- Optimize build performance by modernizing toolchains like Nx, Rspack, and SWC.
- Eliminate technical debt and remediate package vulnerabilities.
- Act as a champion for developer velocity and provide guidance on complex library changes.
