Requirements
- 7+ years leading complex technical implementations within the healthcare ecosystem (Payer, Provider, or Health Tech).
- Proven track record implementing for Health Plans, Health Systems, Employers, and/or SLED clients.
- Experience managing 20+ concurrent implementations.
- Deep understanding of healthcare data exchange (HL7, FHIR, EDI).
- Hands-on eligibility file management experience (roster ingestion, gating, offboarding).
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline management and reporting.
- Experience designing and implementing automation solutions.
- Proficiency building dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience managing at least one direct report.
- Exceptional external client-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute implementation playbooks for repeatable, high-quality client launches.
- Build a scalable, automation-first implementation model.
- Lead the handoff process between Sales and Client Services.
- Partner with Sales to flag implementation risks and inform go-live timelines.
- Manage a portfolio of 20+ annual launches.
- Own end-to-end implementation for large-scale clients including eligibility and roster management.
- Oversee EDI/834 workflows and translate complex client data needs into technical requirements.
- Migrate implementation tracking into Salesforce and build reporting suites.
- Serve as the strategic lead for partner stakeholders through technical integrations and onboarding.
