Requirements

  • 7+ years leading complex technical implementations within the healthcare ecosystem (Payer, Provider, or Health Tech).
  • Proven track record implementing for Health Plans, Health Systems, Employers, and/or SLED clients.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent implementations.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare data exchange (HL7, FHIR, EDI).
  • Hands-on eligibility file management experience (roster ingestion, gating, offboarding).
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Experience designing and implementing automation solutions.
  • Proficiency building dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Experience managing at least one direct report.
  • Exceptional external client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute implementation playbooks for repeatable, high-quality client launches.
  • Build a scalable, automation-first implementation model.
  • Lead the handoff process between Sales and Client Services.
  • Partner with Sales to flag implementation risks and inform go-live timelines.
  • Manage a portfolio of 20+ annual launches.
  • Own end-to-end implementation for large-scale clients including eligibility and roster management.
  • Oversee EDI/834 workflows and translate complex client data needs into technical requirements.
  • Migrate implementation tracking into Salesforce and build reporting suites.
  • Serve as the strategic lead for partner stakeholders through technical integrations and onboarding.
