Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in programmatic advertising operations.
- Strong understanding of real-time bidding (RTB), ad exchanges, and DSPs.
- Experience with platforms such as Beeswax, Google DV360, The Trade Desk, or Xandr.
- Knowledge of IAB digital advertising standards.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Experience conducting training in-person and virtually.
- Expertise in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Excel.
- Proficiency with office automation tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom).
- Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to map strategic objectives to software capabilities.
- Set up and troubleshoot programmatic display campaigns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend campaign strategies and optimizations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on advertising technology.
- Draft analytical reports and brief stakeholders.
- Investigate and onboard new ad tech partners.
- Create and maintain internal knowledge base and training materials.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and customers.
