Requirements
- 5+ years in product management with focus on developer-facing products (APIs, developer portals).
- Proven experience building or scaling a developer ecosystem.
- Ability to execute build-vs-partner frameworks.
- Technical fluency in API design and webhook architecture.
- Experience in collaborative, shared-accountability relationships with Partnerships or BD teams.
- Strong executive communication skills.
- First-principles thinking with experience navigating ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Define ecosystem strategy, including build-vs-partner frameworks and integration roadmaps.
- Manage the end-to-end integration portfolio including Shopify and QuickBooks.
- Develop and execute the MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI connectivity strategy.
- Define metrics for success, such as developer adoption and partner-driven revenue.
- Lead alignment with executive stakeholders on ecosystem direction.
- Foster developer onboarding and ongoing partner relationships.
