Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday – Tuesday shift).
- Technical background in software, systems, networking, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with Linux command line tools like find and grep.
- Strong documentation and note-taking habits.
- Ability to solve real problems under pressure.
- Willingness to learn distributed systems.
- Experience with relational databases (preferred).
- Prior experience on a support team for a large software product (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Triage and own technical support tickets from enterprise customers.
- Investigate incidents methodically by reading logs, running queries, and tracing issues.
- Write clear internal notes and handover documentation.
- Attempt reproduction of customer issues and document steps.
- Escalate issues to engineering with evidence.
- Contribute to the team's shared knowledge base.
- Provide calm, professional communication to customers during critical issues.
