Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in commercial strategy, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or demand planning.
  • Experience within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Looker or equivalent BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of marketing metrics and e-commerce funnel KPIs.
  • Deep expertise in Southern European or Northern & Western European market dynamics (cultural, commercial, and competitive).
  • Ability to translate local consumer behavior into marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cluster of markets into long-term sustainable success in growth and efficiency.
  • Serve as the commercial liaison by delivering market projections and insights that inform quarterly reviews and annual/quarterly budget planning.
  • Define and own the end-to-end marketing strategy for your markets.
  • Align demand expectations with marketing strategies across teams.
  • Develop and communicate data-driven short- and long-term demand forecasts.
  • Drive effective upper-funnel media strategy by coordinating with agencies and brand teams.
  • Identify, evaluate, and lead high-impact, data-driven growth initiatives.
