Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Significant time owning developer-facing products like APIs or developer portals.
- Experience building or scaling developer ecosystems.
- Ability to explain API monetization and platform strategy dynamics.
- Proven track record of build vs. partner decision-making.
- Technical fluency in API design and webhook architecture.
- Experience working in shared-accountability relationships with Partnerships teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical tradeoffs to leadership.
- First-principles thinking and comfort with ambiguity.
- Preferred: Experience with AI tools, vertical SaaS, or multi-tenant B2B environments.
Responsibilities
- Define ecosystem strategy and build-vs-partner framework.
- Manage the end-to-end integration portfolio including Shopify and QuickBooks.
- Lead developer platform strategy and onboarding.
- Develop MCP strategy for AI agent and system connectivity.
- Define success metrics for developer adoption and partner revenue.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders on ecosystem direction.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
