Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a creative agency or production studio.
- Experience managing photo, video, and marketing deliverables.
- Demonstrated project management across concurrent client projects.
- Working proficiency in Monday.com (or equivalent), Frame.io, and Vimeo.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and macOS-based creative workflows.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite post-production workflows.
- Ability to provide technical QC feedback on audio, color, exposure, and aspect ratios.
- C1+ English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to translate goals into project briefs, timelines, and milestones.
- Manage project lifecycles from initial intake to final content delivery.
- Build and rebalance production schedules for editors and photo/video crews.
- Conduct technical QC reviews on audio, color, exposure, pacing, and platform specs.
- Standardize SOPs to improve production throughput and consistency.
