- 4+ years of experience in direct response marketing.
- Demonstrable conversion results from direct response copy.
- Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign, GHL (GoHighLevel), or Hyros.
- Strong understanding of Facebook and/or Google paid ads.
- Experience with FTC compliance reviews.
- Proficiency in AI marketing tools.
- Execution-focused and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to analyze data for decision-making.
- Experience in an async-first communication environment.
Responsibilities
- Write and test high-performing ad copy and iterate based on conversion data.
- Own email strategy, automations, and broadcast execution.
- Lead new funnel launches including setup, coordination, and QA.
- Contribute to marketing copy for ads, emails, VSLs, and landing pages.
- Perform competitor analysis and research customer avatars.
- Conduct FTC compliance reviews for all marketing materials.
- Support media buying with performance analysis and creative testing.
- Deliver monthly performance reports on campaigns and funnels.
- Streamline marketing workflows using AI tools.
