- 3+ years of experience managing managers in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI tooling into SDR workflows.
- Proven record of standardizing playbooks and scaling efficiency.
- Strong operational rigor in metrics, forecasting, and cadence.
- Experience with VP and C-suite-level stakeholder communication.
- Strong builder instinct and systems-creation experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead AMER SDR function, managing 5 managers and 35+ SDRs.
- Own regional operations, forecast predictability, and SDR-to-AE handover quality.
- Drive global AI transformation by building and deploying AI-native workflows for research and outbound.
- Build structured development cycles and career progression paths for SDRs.
- Analyze pipeline data and report performance metrics to regional VPs and global GTM leadership.
- Standardize SDR playbooks across distributed teams to lift efficiency.
- Partner with AE leadership to facilitate SDR-to-AE transitions.
