- Manage a book of business and guide prospects to appropriate services.

- Deliver a standout client experience from first conversation through retainer.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to automate intake and qualification.
- Use AI tools daily for prospect research, pipeline management, and follow-ups.
- Build scripts, playbooks, and training materials for sales processes.
