Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of Data Management experience.
- Minimum 3 years of line management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Direct clinical trial experience in a CRO or Pharmaceutical environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using various clinical database management systems.
- Broad knowledge of drug, device, and/or biologic development processes.
- Professional English proficiency (written and oral).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Responsibilities
- Line manages, directs, leads, develops, and supervises data managers.
- Ensures clinical data management deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Supports the DM Lead as the point of contact for internal team and sponsor.
- Reviews RFPs, proposals, change orders, and provides project estimates.
- Oversees project data entry processes and clinical database quality.
- Develops and maintains SOPs and process documentation.
- Supports business development through strategy meetings and bid defenses.
- Coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders for clinical data acquisition and reporting.
