- Ability to apply ALCOA principles in TMF oversight.
- Strong time management skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated computer literacy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary TMF contact for assigned studies.
- Ensure TMF is complete and inspection-ready throughout study lifecycle.
- Create study-specific TMF management and oversight documents.
- Develop and maintain study-specific work instructions.
- Perform quality control schedules and periodic inventories.
- Review and communicate out-of-scope or incomplete documents.
- Reconcile expected document lists based on milestones.
- Prioritize and resolve TMF help desk tickets.
- Provide TMF training to internal/external stakeholders.
- Process and review documents according to ALCOA principles.
