Requirements
- Minimum of six years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications agencies.
- At least one year of experience as an Account Manager.
- Prior experience managing B2B technology clients in an agency setting.
- Established media relationships and proven experience pitching feature placements for technology clients.
- Strong experience developing PR plans and campaigns for B2B technology clients.
- Solid understanding of staffing budgets and ability to make staffing recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day account lead for up to 5 B2B technology clients.
- Direct teams of 5–10 members, managing workflow, priorities, and development.
- Provide strategic counsel aligned with client business and technology goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier technology and business press.
- Lead strategic media and analyst relations programs.
- Develop and manage monthly/annual budgets.
- Contribute to new business development and organic client expansion.
- Manage up to 2 direct reports.
