Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise team education, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Interview, hire, and develop staff.
  • Develop and maintain quality control programs and individual performance reviews.
  • Orient new hires and provide continuing education.
  • Plan and direct operations related to appeals and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Director to manage target performance levels.
  • Engage with clients to understand needs and foster partnerships.
  • Monitor denial trends and overturn rates to make operational recommendations.
  • Ensure team compliance with HIPAA and industry standards.
