Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise team education, training, and performance evaluations.
- Interview, hire, and develop staff.
- Develop and maintain quality control programs and individual performance reviews.
- Orient new hires and provide continuing education.
- Plan and direct operations related to appeals and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Director to manage target performance levels.
- Engage with clients to understand needs and foster partnerships.
- Monitor denial trends and overturn rates to make operational recommendations.
- Ensure team compliance with HIPAA and industry standards.
