Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Medical Sciences, Marketing, or Business preferred.
- At least 7 years of industry-related experience.
- Proven experience working directly with pharmaceutical companies on drug launches or commercial programs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Polished executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong record of high performance and consistent results.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned pharmaceutical customers including project management and organic growth identification.
- Provide subject matter expertise in areas like operations, contracting, and program optimization.
- Perform research and analysis to support strategic project direction and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Draft and update high-quality project deliverables, presentations, and reports.
- Lead and manage client engagements, including meetings and workshops.
- Assist with program design, development, and optimization.
- Ensure client contractual deliverables are met and expectations for satisfaction are achieved.
