Requirements
- 5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, or institutional/crypto financial services.
- Demonstrated success in growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
- Digital asset familiarity required.
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch, client-first service.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English required.
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Establish and grow long-term relationships with HNW clients, family offices, and private wealth channels.
- Cultivate and expand partnerships with distribution partners to drive AUM growth.
- Lead prospect and client meetings to articulate value proposition.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions.
- Support marketing activities to attract and activate client base.
- Oversee onboarding and ongoing relationship management with compliance, legal, and operations teams.
- Deliver white-glove service as a trusted partner for private clients in digital assets.
