Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience building and leading high velocity SMB sales development teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes.
  • Proven expertise in Sales Development KPI management.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring early sales talent.
  • Strong interpersonal and sales aptitude.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesloft preferred.
  • Enterprise sales experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of the construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans and internal talent development programs.
  • Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Create and manage career progression paths and provide 1:1 mentoring and coaching.
  • Own SDR pipeline generation targets and manage team KPIs.
  • Use call reviews to coach SDRs on messaging, outreach tactics, and methodology.
  • Partner with Marketing to align lead generation campaigns and scoring criteria.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to refine ideal customer profiles and ensure lead handoffs.
  • Build and scale a robust outbound motion.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and process adherence within Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Regularly assess the SDR tech stack to improve operational efficiency.
