Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Sciences, Marketing, or Business.
- Minimum 7 years of industry-related experience.
- Proven experience working directly with pharmaceutical companies on drug launches or commercial optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Polished executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.
- Strong record of high performance and consistent results.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with assigned pharmaceutical customers.
- Identify organic growth and new sales opportunities.
- Provide subject matter expertise in operations, contracting, and program optimization.
- Perform research and analysis to meet strategic project goals.
- Draft project deliverables including executive updates, reports, and presentations.
- Lead and manage client engagements, meetings, and workshops.
- Partner with internal and external resources on functional development projects.
- Ensure all client contractual deliverables and expectations are met.
