Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in database development and BI reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL (window functions, CTEs).
- Expert knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, and dynamic visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of Epic data from Clarity and Caboodle.
- Experience with Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, ADF).
- Sound knowledge of healthcare and health plan workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and dimensional modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile project management (SCRUM, Lean, Kanban).
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or healthcare discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Epic Clarity-Caboodle Development certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with business teams to gather requirements for BI reports and dashboards.
- Create data models, ERD, and data flow diagrams.
- Build functional data marts for in-depth analytics.
- Perform data analysis and ad-hoc queries.
- Implement best practices for data quality and integrity.
- Maintain and extend Epic Caboodle platform and develop custom data modeling components.
- Support enterprise data standards and master data management.
- Assist with data governance, security, and metadata management.
- Manage project lifecycle tasks including estimation and task prioritization.
- Identify, develop, and validate data sources.
