Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, RevOps, finance, or similar roles.
  • Experience working on cross-functional, ambiguous business problems.
  • Ability to design, improve, or scale operational workflows such as pricing, contracting, revenue processes, or customer lifecycle systems.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, or Customer Success.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data-driven decision-making, and business process design.
  • Highly detail-oriented and execution-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize end-to-end revenue operations workflows, including pricing governance, contracting, approvals, and customer handoff processes.
  • Act as the central coordination point for complex enterprise deals, partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Design and implement AI-driven automation and workflow systems to reduce manual effort.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and scaling risks across go-to-market operations.
  • Support strategic and cross-functional initiatives spanning monetization, onboarding, renewals, partner operations, and internal knowledge systems.
  • Define KPIs, improve operational reporting, and build scalable systems.
