- Commitment to modern accessibility standards.
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support by monitoring and responding to client tickets.
- Triage bugs and clarify UI/UX requirements.
- Work across a large portfolio of concurrent client projects, switching contexts frequently.
- Update and maintain complex WordPress themes and custom Gutenberg blocks.
- Debug cross-browser issues and improve responsive design and accessibility.
- Maintain and enhance front-end integration for ElasticPress.io and SiteWatch.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets to maintain client satisfaction.
