Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading global client-facing organizations.
  • Proven track record in managing P&L or revenue targets.
  • Deep expertise in building scalable, post-sale customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of global banking regulatory requirements (KYC/AML).
  • Ability to drive strategic change across a global organization.
  • Exceptional executive leadership and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in crypto or strong interest in the domain.
  • Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the company-wide customer success strategy and vision.
  • Develop and implement a scalable framework for customer success to drive adoption and retention.
  • Partner with Product leadership to influence the product roadmap through customer insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support go-to-market strategies and customer messaging.
  • Lead and mentor a global team of Customer Success leaders.
  • Optimize systems, processes, and technology stack for global operations.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and data privacy regulations.
  • Establish and refine a Quality Assurance (QA) program.
