- 10+ years of progressive experience leading global client-facing organizations.
- Proven track record in managing P&L or revenue targets.
- Deep expertise in building scalable, post-sale customer journeys.
- Strong understanding of global banking regulatory requirements (KYC/AML).
- Ability to drive strategic change across a global organization.
- Exceptional executive leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in crypto or strong interest in the domain.
- Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the company-wide customer success strategy and vision.
- Develop and implement a scalable framework for customer success to drive adoption and retention.
- Partner with Product leadership to influence the product roadmap through customer insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing to support go-to-market strategies and customer messaging.
- Lead and mentor a global team of Customer Success leaders.
- Optimize systems, processes, and technology stack for global operations.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and data privacy regulations.
- Establish and refine a Quality Assurance (QA) program.
