Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales and/or partnership development
- Direct channel sales experience preferred
- Industry experience in healthcare SaaS or technology preferred
- Ability to program manage the partner process
- Familiarity with creating partner strategy
- Experience with carrying a revenue quota, forecasting and pipeline management
- High level of business acumen
- Ability to work cross-functionally with numerous stakeholders
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
- Experience with using Outreach preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing Tebra partners
- Identify and secure new partnership opportunities
- Monetize partnerships and identify revenue streams
- Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Scope and document technical requirements for partner integrations
- Program manage invoicing, reporting, portal engagement, and marketing programs
