Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales and/or partnership development
  • Direct channel sales experience preferred
  • Industry experience in healthcare SaaS or technology preferred
  • Ability to program manage the partner process
  • Familiarity with creating partner strategy
  • Experience with carrying a revenue quota, forecasting and pipeline management
  • High level of business acumen
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with numerous stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with using Outreach preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing Tebra partners
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities
  • Monetize partnerships and identify revenue streams
  • Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Scope and document technical requirements for partner integrations
  • Program manage invoicing, reporting, portal engagement, and marketing programs
