Experience: 4-6 years

Requirements

4-6 years of hands-on experience across AR, AP, commissions, and FP&A
Experience with Xero, Rillet, or similar accounting platforms
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift
Strong communication skills across functions
A track record of managing workstreams independently and delivering reliably

Responsibilities

Help with accounts receivable and collections, including dunning process management
Support accounts payable and credit card reconciliation
Support month end including FP&A work (reporting and financial analysis)
Run month-end commissions processing with accuracy and on short time-table
Support audit preparation and execution
Step into ad hoc tasks/projects as they arise
