Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience.
- Strong command of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Deep knowledge of WordPress template system, hooks, and filters.
- Proven track record building custom themes and plugins.
- Understanding of web performance including caching, CDN, and asset optimization.
- Knowledge of technical SEO best practices.
- Experience with Git and pull-request-based workflows.
- Professional level of English, written and spoken.
- Ownership mindset and proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Own voicemod.net end-to-end by maintaining themes, plugins, blocks, and template systems.
- Manage the release cycle with a focus on quality, performance, and security.
- Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and implement monitoring/alerting.
- Migrate legacy pages into modern WordPress architecture.
- Implement technical SEO requirements including metadata, schema, and redirects.
- Build and iterate landing pages for marketing and brand initiatives.
- Implement A/B tests to optimize CTAs and layouts.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Content, and Product teams.
