Requirements
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably health sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience.
- Prior sales training and documented track record of achievement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25-50%.
- Live within the defined territory and close to a major airport.
Responsibilities
- Grow sales within the assigned Florida territory, focusing on educational institutions.
- Source and qualify new leads through proactive outreach and networking.
- Build relationships with key educational stakeholders.
- Collaborate with and mentor a Junior Sales Representative.
- Deliver product demonstrations and close deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for upselling and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitors.
- Attend trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
