Requirements

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably health sciences.
  • Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience.
  • Prior sales training and documented track record of achievement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25-50%.
  • Live within the defined territory and close to a major airport.

Responsibilities

  • Grow sales within the assigned Florida territory, focusing on educational institutions.
  • Source and qualify new leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Build relationships with key educational stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with and mentor a Junior Sales Representative.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and close deals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers for upselling and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Attend trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
