Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fast-paced SaaS or regulatory-heavy environments such as fintech or payroll.
- Proven track record of end-to-end product ownership, including roadmap, scope, and stakeholder management.
- Strong expertise in mentoring, coaching, and guiding junior colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects with significant business impact.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Autonomy in decision-making and ability to influence at senior organizational levels.
- Familiarity with global payroll, HR tech, or compliance-heavy product landscapes is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a defined portfolio of countries as the accountable Product Manager.
- Define product scope, success metrics, and business outcomes.
- Lead complex or high-impact projects.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to Junior Product Managers.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps.
- Partner with Solution Design to ensure feasibility and translate requirements.
- Prioritize backlog items and conduct sprint planning.
- Serve as a key escalation point for challenges.
- Champion best practices across the product function.
