Requirements
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and operating enterprise-scale distributed backend systems
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one backend programming language and its ecosystem
- Strong hands-on experience with test-driven development and automated testing strategies
- Deep understanding of agile principles
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills for remote and globally distributed teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based or containerized environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define system requirements and design backend solutions
- Deliver high-quality software using agile practices
- Build, automate, and maintain system infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Provide production support and ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability
