Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development
- Fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Expertise with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Next.js)
- Experience building highly-performant and scalable web applications
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches
- Strong sense of UX and interaction design
- Proactive, can-do attitude with a creative approach to problem solving
- Comfortable in a client-facing consulting role
- Experience with Design Systems (plus)
- Experience building accessible products (plus)
Responsibilities
- Clarify requirements and UI design with Product and Design teams
- Collaborate with designers on UX polish and interaction quality
- Break down goals into tasks and follow sprint timelines
- Proactively communicate progress and challenges
- Learn fast and work independently
- Follow frontend development best practices (component architecture, responsive design, state management, testing, performance, accessibility)
- Implement motion and microinteractions
